We use the power and security of licensed TeamViewer Premium.
Our service is available anywhere in the world, provided the device
on which support is required is connected to the internet.
We provide once-off support for emergencies at a premium rate.
We provide economical monthly maintenance plans to suit your individual needs.
In instances where a remote solution is not viable, the case may be referred to
myfingertips.org for advanced or onsite assistance and will not be
charged or counted towards your remote sessions allocation.
Our mission is to provide trustworthy, eco-conscious and efficient support
to multiple devices and platforms around the world at low cost to
personal users, small businesses and corporate enterprises.
Access to 24/7 support is available to executive clients.
After-hours support is available to non executive clients at a premium rate.
